Q: How do I establish an account with CompuNet
A: To set up an account so that you may order laboratory testing, contact CompuNet at either (800) 686-2252 or (937) 296-0844.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: CompuNet Clinical Laboratories operates 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Our patient service centers are open 5 days a week with some open on Saturday.

Q: Whom do I contact with questions about lab test results?
A: Our Client Services department (937) 297-8260 or (800) 686-2252) can either answer your questions or direct you to an individual in the laboratory who can best discuss lab test results with you. Client Services is the best place to start for questions regarding any lab test.

Q: Where can I locate a list of your test offerings?
A: Our Directory of Services is a comprehensive list of tests, along with specimen requirements, test (order) codes, and CPT codes. CompuNet Clinical Laboratories frequently adds new tests to its menu. If you have questions about a test that may not be within our Directory of Services, you should contact our Client Services department or your CompuNet sales representative.

Q: Is my patient’s privacy protected?
A: Absolutely. CompuNet meets or exceeds all HIPAA regulations and patient Privacy laws.
